CIVIL ENGINEERING
AEI will coordinate your surveying,
prepare site plans, design drainage systems, execute
grading and approach roads, plan access roads and
storm water management. All permits and code requirements
will be handled by AEI to expedite your project
schedule.
ARCHITECTURE
AEI provides schematic
design, space planning, design development,
construction documents and construction supervision.
Computer renderings of potential projects can
be beneficial when presenting to shareholders
and prospective buyers. We also offer design
bid or design build services.
STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING
AEI will design your
structure economically while meeting all seismic
and code requirements. Foundations can be spread
footing or mat footing on piles or caissons.
Structures can be designed as fully engineered
steel structures or pre-engineered buildings
with tilt-up wall construction or masonry load
bearing walls. Equipment foundations and supports
are part of Americas Engineers’ services.
MECHANICAL ENGINEERING
AEI offers piping design,
layout for equipment,
equipment specification,
equipment purchase, expediting and machine
design. HVAC and plumbing designs are part
of all commercial and industrial projects.
ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING
AEI provides design of
lighting systems
and electrical
distribution
for Industrial
and Commercial
buildings; interior
and exterior
lighting plans
with available
dimming controls.
Grounding and
lightning protection
will be provided
as part of our
overall design
and service.
Data communication,
Paging and Five
Alarm Systems
are part of the
Electrical Package.
AUTOMATION AND CONTROLS
AEI can perform and manage
addition of equipment to an existing operation
or provide controls and automation for new
or existing equipment with instrumentation
included. Our experience includes many control
systems, including Allen Bradley Control Systems.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
AEI can work with Facilities
managers and
Plant Team Members
on a wide variety
of projects.
Cost estimates
and progress schedules are updated regularly.
Our emphasis on ongoing communication will
achieve better accuracy for quality of the
end product. Our project managers update project
cost data regularly to monitor the budget of
the project.
DESIGN / BUILD OPTION
AEI offers a turnkey
solution for tightly scheduled projects. We
will find the most competitive bid and work
closely with your construction team to ensure
seamless communication from inception through
completion of the project. We monitor the daily
progress of the sub-contractors and coordinate
