K.C. Jain founded Americas Engineers, Inc. in July of 2004, and has over 30 plus years experience working with Commercial and Industrial clients across the U.S. and abroad. With a Master of Science in Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Mr. Jain is a registered Professional Engineer in Indiana, Kentucky, Illinois, California and Pennsylvania. An extensive network of contacts and a well versed knowledge of the construction industry allow K.C. to work hand-in-hand with our clients to deliver a finished product on time, under budget, exceeding their expectations. Originally from Ludhiana, India, K.C. and his wife moved to the United States in 1974 and have resided in Evansville, IN for 26 years. They have 3 children and 4 grandchildren.

Sushma Jain
Accounts Payable/Receivable
Sushma is a Bachelor of Arts Graduate and has a post graduate degree in Education. She is helping Americas Engineers, Inc. in financial data input. She makes data entries for the project expenses and income. She keeps track of the projects' financial status and project accounting control system. She prepares P & L statements and cost accounting reports.

Rupert Condict, A.I.A.
Senior Architect
Rupert Condict is a key part of the Americas Engineers team, filling the role of Senior Architect. With over 40 years of experience working locally, Rupert's projects range from schools, universities, and churches to industrial and commercial facilities. He has worked on numerous projects for local clients such as: Toyota, Mead Johnson, and General Electric, also completing several corporate office buildings located in downtown Evansville, IN. Rupert works closely with our clients to develop unique buildings that exceed the clients desires, while implementing cost saving strategies to keep the overall project cost under budget. Rupert and his wife reside in Evansville, IN.

Scott Ashenbremer, P.E.
Mechanical Engineer
Scott Ashenbremer joined the Americas Engineers, Inc. team in late 2004 as a contract mechanical engineer. With a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri – Rolla, Scott is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Indiana. Specializing in mechanical machine design, he is also well versed in the industrial environment including: detailed process design, piping system design, building systems, and structural framing. With 20 plus years of experience in the industry, Scott has worked with numerous clients to complete detailed, budget oriented projects that exceed the clients’ expectations. He currently resides in Newburgh, IN with his wife and three children.

Jack Tubbs, II, P.E., MBA
Project Manager/Engineer
Jack Tubbs joined the Americas Engineers, Inc. team in early 2009 to fill the company's growing needs. With a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Rose-Hulman, a Masters degree in Finance and Marketing from Indiana University, 22 years of engineering consulting experience, 20 years of construction experience, and 14 years of real estate development experience, Jack brings a multitude of knowledge and experience to the company. His abundant skills in project management, coordination, and quality assurance have already proved invaluable to the company's work for several projects, including the addition and renovation to Highland Elementary School for EVSC. Jack is a Registered Professional Engineer in Indiana, Illinois and Michigan. He is a Licensed General Commercial Contractor & General Residential Contractor in Vanderburgh County, IN and he is the President of the Warrick County Economic Development Commission. Jack currently resides in Newburgh with his wife and daughter.

Dianne Alstatt
Interior Design/Drafting
Dianne Alstatt joined the Americas Engineers, Inc. team in February 2008. With a Bachelor of Science from Indiana State University majoring in Interior Design and minoring in Drafting, Dianne has over 10 years of experience in the architectural design field. Specializing in interior design, space planning, and drafting, she also completes other various office tasks from maintaining an architectural specification database to organizing files and office supplies. Dianne is married and currently resides in Evansville, IN.

Chris Jeffries
Electrical/Controls Engineer
Chris Jeffries joined the Americas Engineers, Inc. team as an electrical/controls engineer. With a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern Indiana, Chris specializes in embedded design applications and SCADA. Previous experience with the Automotive and Pharmaceutical industries include industrial engineering and project management. Currently Chris is engaged in electrical design for AEI. He is married and resides in Evansville, IN.

Scott Storrer
Electrical Designer
Scott Storrer joined the Americas Engineer, Inc team in August 2009 to fill the company's need for an Electrical Designer. As a Journeyman Electrician with an Associate's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Northwest State Community College, Scott brings a plethora of experience to Americas Engineers. He has worked as a Nuclear Electrician in the U.S. Navy, Industrial Electrician in the automotive, steel, powder/minerals, and bottling/canning industries. He has been an Electrical Designer for the glass, paper, mining, and underground construction industries as well as consultant for the pharmaceutical, commercial, and other industrial companies. Scott resides in Evansiville with his wife and son. He enjoys hunting and Gun Dog Training.

Wesley Davis
Draftsman
Wesley Davis is yet another recent addition to the Americas Engineers team. Wes is currently a student at Ivy Tech, studying Computer Aided Drafting with an Architectural emphasis. Wesley's excellent work ethic and diligence have been valuable in his work with Americas Engineers, Inc. He has worked with us developing details and sheet layouts for important projects and continues to prove his value daily. Wes works as a team player in the office and as an athlete, playing softball.

George Hansert
Draftsman
George Hansert is the newest member to join the Americas Engineers team. George has 16 years experience in the Civil Engineering field and 24 years plus experience as a computer aided draftsman. He was able to get on board in time to help with Americas Engineers Inc.'s design portion of the mechancial, electrical, and fire protection systems for the new Evansville Arena. His attentive work ethic and eperience will be invaluable on all of our future design projects. George and his wife reside in Evansville.

Office Manager
Sandra Gentry joined our team in August of 2009 to fill the company's need for an Office Manager. She is an experienced Secretary. She is a Microsoft Certified Application Specialist, Excel. She is currently taking Office Administion at Ivy Tech Community College to update her skills. She resides in Elberfeld with her husband and two daughters. They enjoy 4-wheeling and camping with friends.
